Cinema de Luxe?

I recently bought a theatre poster from Saltburn,with the heading the cinema-de-luxe, it features Len Madden, Peggy Joy, Lance Williams, and the wonderfully named Chung-Fu-Sen, I would be very grateful for any information concerning any of the acts or indeed the actual theatre, which I suppose isnt there any more.

Maybe it was the old cinema which was then turned into the bingo halls and then was knocked down and turned into flats, this was situated at the top of garnet street opposite the dry cleaners on the corner. I could be wrong but thought i would make a comment
